We’re seeking an experienced professional to lead the Marine HR function for Cruise and Offshore business segments in Europe.
  
As the EU Representative, you will ensure compliance, drive talent acquisition initiatives, manage crew operations, and achieving HR excellence in these sectors.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR operations for the Cruise and Offshore sectors in the EU.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with maritime regulations.
• Oversee crew recruitment, talent development, and compliance with industry standards (MLC, STCW).
• Build and manage relationships with stakeholders, including maritime authorities and crew members.
• Ensure operational excellence and cost-efficiency in HR functions.

Qualifications:

• Master Mariner or Chief Engineer (Class 1 COC) certification required.
• Senior leadership experience in the Cruise or Offshore industry.
• Expertise in recruitment and crew management within the maritime sector.
• Strong knowledge of international maritime labour laws and regulations.
