Marine Manager, London

We are looking for an experienced Marine Manager to join a growing LNG company in London. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of cargo operations and navigation for a fleet of vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and guidance on nautical, cargo, and mooring equipment
• Review and verify ship-shore compatibility, including responding to terminal and charterer screening requirements
• Oversee the development and revision of ship-specific operations manuals
• Attend vessel audits and inspections as needed
• Assist the Chief Security Officer on security matters
• Offer input on crew education and training programs

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 1 year of senior management experience on gas carriers or equivalent qualification
• Command-level deck certificate
• Advanced tanker safety training (gas)
• Strong understanding of charter party requirements and performance warranties
• Familiarity with vessel operations, LNG/tanker cargo handling, and audit/inspection processes
• Excellent technical, communication, and problem-solving skills
