Our client is looking for an experienced Marine Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the safe, efficient, and injury-free transportation of cargo to customers worldwide. This role focuses on assessing the marine quality of vessels chartered or under consideration for charter, while overseeing various shipping projects to ensure fleet competitiveness and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will bring at least eight years of experience in marine vetting, operations, terminals, emergency response coordination, and risk management, with a strong understanding of risk identification and mitigation processes.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marine/Shipping, a 1st Class Marine Certificate of Competency (Master Mariner/Chief Engineer), or a degree in Navigational Sciences or Business Administration. Familiarity with LNG shipping industry standards, national and international maritime regulations, and strong skills in developing reports, policies, and procedures are essential.
