We are looking for a skilled Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in maritime recruitment, specifically within the cruise ship industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a world-renowned ship management company that operates globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing across multiple manning agencies and crew portals
  • Perform initial candidate screenings with a strong emphasis on English language proficiency
  • Coordinate candidate interviews with technical and marine departments
  • Verify and authenticate seafarer certifications and documentation (Certificates of Competency and Discharge Books)
  • Manage recruitment processes for both deck and engineering seafarer positions
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, manning agencies, and internal offices
  • Utilize social media and predictive indexing tools for recruitment strategies
  • Review and process direct job applications to optimize recruitment costs

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 4-year degree (preferably in business or maritime studies)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in cruise ship or maritime recruitment with a Ship Management company or owner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in documentation verification

Location Preference:
  
Based in Greece (preferred)- Candidates from Romania or Bulgaria will also be considered
