We are currently working with one of the world’s largest bulk commodity groups with a truly international reach. our client is currently on the search for a Port Specialist to join their London shipping team.
  
The primary focus of this hire will be to collate and analyze data from their port facilities and then assess collated data against performance benchmarks. This role will involve performance monitoring, financial analysis, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, report generation etc…
  
The ideal candidate for this role with have a strong analytical skillset and a solid understanding of the ports industry. Suitable candidates will have either a seagoing background or BE/ MBA in Shipping. Candidates should be flexible to some travel internationally to visit ports as part of the function requirements.
  
The ideal candidate will have circa 5-10 years’ experience in a similar function. 
  
UK work entitlement will be required for this position.
