We are currently partnered with an international shipowner with a diverse fleet that is in the process of hiring for a Chemical Vessel Operator for their team in Houston.
  
The position will play an integral role within their global operations team taking the lead on operating ships that are trading in the Americas region.
  
You will be required to minimise the operational costs and control vessel performance to ensure overall performance of the voyages are in line with the Owners and Charterer’s expectations. This role will require someone with a seagoing background on chemical tankers and someone that understands the tank cleaning process.
  
Some ship/ port visits may be required periodically but the role will be predominantly office based. This hire will report directly into the Operations head based in the Dubai.
