The role requires an experienced leader in the cruise industry with expertise in Public Health and Food Safety, a relevant degree, and strong knowledge of international compliance standards (VSP, EU ShipSan, HACCP). Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential, along with fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office. UK working entitlement is preferred, but visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
