You will be working closely with an Italian speaking Partner, assisting with Italian client matters. Key disputes include bills of lading, charterparties, shipbuilding and S&P agreements. Familiarity with Shipping law and contract disputes is essential. The ideal candidate should have a Law degree or GDL qualification.
