1) Coaching for Captains®
Overview
Designed for your newly promoted, or soon to be promoted, Captains and equivalent Chief Engineers, this service serves to support the development, sustainability, and wellbeing of your top talent.
Duration
These One-to-one sessions are up to 90 minutes in duration and are delivered twice weekly while on contract using confidential video conferencing (MS Teams).
Costs
Prices are based on volume and packaged as either 50, 75 or 100 sessions.
2) Sounding Board Service
Overview
Shaped to support the development, sustainability and wellbeing of your Senior Seafarers the Sounding Board Service offers a safe space, free from judgement, to discuss change, challenges and explore pathways enabling them to get the best from themselves and their teams.
Duration
These One-to-one sessions are up to 90 minutes in duration and delivered monthly while on contract using confidential video conferencing (MS Teams).
Costs
Prices are based on volume and packaged as either 50, 75 or 100 sessions.
3) Special Advisor
Overview
Delivered face to face this immersive on-board service blends objective observation, considered insights, as well as coaching and mentoring, to galvanise the command team and turn Vessel performance around.
Duration
Delivered onboard, in person, and in up to five day groupings.
