We are currently collaborating with a top global law firm seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join their Aviation Finance team. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of PQE with experience in Aviation Finance or Asset Finance gained from a strong commercial practice.

The primary responsibilities of the role include working on high-profile, international aviation finance, sale and purchase, and leasing transactions. The candidate will collaborate with the Aviation Finance team to advise leading aviation financiers, lessors, MROs, RV insurers, airlines, and other aircraft operators, owners, and managers on all aspects of aircraft and engine trading, leasing, and financing transactions. International travel may be required.
