We are working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join a family of well-respected Shipping company in New York! We are seeking a Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of law firm experience to manage our client’s contract and loan agreement operations within the company’s Corporate department.

The ideal candidate will manage commercial contracts and loan agreements, review and draft documents, support the financing team, track transaction details, maintain communication with stakeholders, review insurance policies and handle claim communications, and assist the commercial team with S&P transaction monitoring and closing procedures.

While maritime industry experience is preferred, it is not required. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
