As a Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing all financial activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, and maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will lead the finance team, implement effective financial controls, and support the company’s strategic objectives.
  
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Management: Align divisional strategies with company goals, develop business plans, and monitor financial performance.

  

  • Internal Controls: Establish and enforce financial policies, ensuring robust controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  

  • Financial Oversight: Provide insights for business decisions, manage cost and cash flow, and oversee profitability analysis.

  

  • Team Leadership: Develop and lead the finance team, fostering continuous learning and professional growth.

  

  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external auditors and key stakeholders, ensuring accurate financial reporting.

  

  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with policies and oversee the year-end audit process.

  

Ideally you’ll have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, along with relevant certifications like CPA or CMA. You’ll have 8-10 years of experience, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in financial systems.
  
This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management and requires time spent at both operational sites and the main office.
