We are working with a International Shipping and Commodities company who are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join their dynamic team in Singapore. This role requires a Non-contentious Lawyer/Solicitor with 8+ years PQE (UK and Commonwealth) in Ship Finance. Sale & Purchase (S&P), Project Financing and Contracts. 
  
Key responsibilities: 

• Provide legal advice to the Company’s business with the Asia Pacific region for a fleet of vessels. 
• Be a central point of connection with the legal team for all Finance related matters
• Negotiating, structuring, drafting and finalising financial agreements 
• Project financing in support of the Company’s existing and prospective global business.
