- Minimum three to five years’ experience in the dry bulk sector as Operations Manager
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills to analyze operational data
- Fluent English and excellent communication as well as strong negotiating skills, German language knowledge is of advantage
- Working experience with Veson desirable
- Willingness to travel
