We are collaborating with an LNG shipping company based in Qatar that is in need of an experienced Senior Legal Counsel with 8+ years of PQE in the shipping industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of English and Corporate Law and must be a qualified Lawyer.
  
While assisting the General Counsel in the legal department, your responsibilities will include providing commercial and legal advice on corporate, shipping, commercial, compliance, financial, and regulatory matters for the company and its subsidiaries and joint venture companies. Additionally, will also be responsible for drafting and negotiating shipbuilding contracts and charter parties.
