Oversee the maintenance and operations of two fast crew boats in Qatar.
  
The role includes managing minor interventions onshore, while major repairs and interventions will be handled at the offshore yard.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Vessel Operations: Ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations of two fast crew boats, with a focus on maintaining peak performance and compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintenance Management: Plan and supervise regular maintenance schedules. Minor interventions will be managed onshore, while major repairs and overhauls will be coordinated and executed at our offshore yard.
• Technical Supervision: Provide technical guidance to onshore and offshore teams, ensuring all repair works, inspections, and certifications are completed on time and to the highest standard.
• Troubleshooting: Lead troubleshooting efforts for any operational or technical issues that arise, both onshore and offshore.
• Inventory & Spare Parts Management: Ensure the availability of spare parts, tools, and consumables for smooth and timely vessel operations.
• Contractor & Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external contractors and suppliers to manage vessel docking and other external repair interventions.

This is a rotational position – 8 weeks on 8 weeks off. 
  
You will have extensive experience and technical knowledge of crew boats to be considered for this position.
