As a Financial Planning and Advisory Analyst, you will proactively provide financial and modelling support for both new and existing business ventures. You will deliver financial analysis for investments in new vessels and support corporate initiatives such as impairment reviews, look-back exercises, and benchmarking

You will maintain key relationships with the commercial and legal teams within the company, as well as external lenders and finance partners. Proficiency in financial modelling and expertise in financial reporting (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet), tax, and corporate structures are essential.

Additionally, financial advisory experience in investments, acquisitions, structuring, or financing within the shipping, energy infrastructure, or other long-term investment industries is required.

Fluency in French is mandatory for this position.

Commercial Assistant – Dubai

As a Commercial Assistant, you’ll coordinate various operational processes and manage data. Maintaining regular contact and arrange meetings across company teams.

Your responsibilities include preparing reports to summaries operational outcomes and identify areas for improvement in addition to managing logistics such as space/plug coordination, addressing ad hoc customer requests, and providing support during absences.

You’ll contribute to resolving disputes and handling rate quotations for opportunities, aiming to enhance in-person engagements. You’ll update project details in Salesforce and conduct data analyses for global accounts.

IMOS Implementation Specialist – London

This is a permanent, full-time position based in London for a Veson IMOS specialist.
  
Project phase one will be the continuation of the implementation of the IMOS across the group.
  
You’ll work across multiple departments from accounting to trading, planned maintenance to chartering, ensuring that the individual departments are processes and procedures are working with, and feeding into the system.
  
The second phase will be adding complexity; working across the various business units to build new applications and analytics.
  
The final phase will be optimising the systems, building on functionality, and ongoing troubleshooting.

  • An in depth understanding and experience with Veson IMOS is required for this position.
  • Expereince with software implementation and development is required.

Financial Planning and Advisory Manager – London

This is a Project Finance position where you will be a key part of the company’s continued growth success, tasked with securing funding, using non-recourse loans for gas carrier fleet expansion.
 
With a current orderbook of vessels being built that will increase the global fleet by 50%, you’ll be joining a booming sector of the energy and transportation market.
 
As part of a team of three, from the London office you’ll be responsible for building financial models for the financial assessment, and commercial viability of future asset performance.
 
You’ll work closely with the commercial team to support their business development activities, as well as liaising with external stakeholders, providing them with easy-to-understand information, derived from your financial expertise.
 
There will be no people management responsibilities in this position. However, you will be interacting across the business with advisors and technical teams, as well as the wider finance division.
 
Having responsibility for financial negotiations, you will be at the forefront of interaction with potential lenders, as well as designing and running tender selection processes. 
 
The negotiation of financing terms, conditions and the contractual framework will be your responsibility.
 
Your success will be measured by creativity in solving issues, the accuracy and reliability of your financial models, and above all the financing you are able to secure for assets.

• Have at least five years experience within project finance, with success in raising finance.

You’ll be joining a yacht engineering company, to develop the sales strategy, sales budget, plans and setting the sales objectives for the team, selling products and services both B2B and B2C.

Leading a team of five sales people, you will use your experience to guide, coach, mentor on sales methodology, deal management and follow up, and closing the deal on quotations.
