As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll manage bookings and load lists, providing timely updates and consistent communication with customers. You’ll oversee services, identify missing customers or volumes, and assist Line Managers and Planners as needed.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring bookings and load lists are received and updated on time.
- Following up with customers.
- Fully utilizing the new system.
- Generating and sending booking confirmations.
- Preparing shipping documents.
- Informing agents about move counts.
- Managing third-party vessel processes.
We are seeking candidates with strong organizational and communication skills, who can manage multiple tasks effectively, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Experience with Maritime Liner, Agency, Feeders, or Freight forwarding companies is ideal.
