Minimum 8-10 years of experience in senior roles within operations departments of shipping companies specializing in geared bulk carriers.
Demonstrated expertise in implementing charter parties and skilled in negotiation.
Ability to communicate with vessel Masters around the clock, ensuring operational compliance, pre-stowage, loading/discharge protocols, and voyage optimization. 
Proficiency in managing bunkering, planning, stems, quantity prices, and providing instructions.
Experience in resolving chartering disputes and handling claims at an entry level.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all departments and exercise responsibility.
Excellent command of the English language.
