Senior Sales Manager – Hong Kong

You’ll be joining a yacht engineering company, to develop the sales strategy, sales budget, plans and setting the sales objectives for the team, selling products and services both B2B and B2C.
Leading a team of five sales people, you will use your experience to guide, coach, mentor on sales methodology, deal management and follow up, and closing the deal on quotations.
The senior management will be looking to you to drive the team of a young maritime services company to success.
While leading the sales team, you will also be responsible for contributing to the companies growth with your own sales for which you will be paid commission.
You’ll be part of the leadership team, working with the senior management of the company on strategy and providing them with sales projections.
Your role will be instrumental in the development of this company’s next growth phase.
This is a position based in Hong Kong. Relocation and VISA assistance will be provided for international candidates.
Summary:
- Experience in a sales position, managing a team is required.
- Knowledge of the maritime industry and spare parts is needed.
- Living and working in Hong Kong is expected.
